@RoyalMailHelp I live in Walthamstow, London E17. We've received only 1 (small) delivery of mail in the past three weeks. I'm missing magazine subscriptions that should have been delivered from 27 June onwards. What is going on? We've been lucky to have a good service until now!

@RoyalMailHelp I list a package to be picked up after you couldn't deliver it the first time. You then try to deliver it today when im out again instead of sending it to the pickup location I set. Amazing. Now I can't reschedule or anything at all.

@RoyalMailHelp Baffled at why my package to Germany hasn't been delivered and is now en route back to me (and has taken two weeks to get here so far) - address was correct, service said it was undeliverable, unrecognised...getting help on your website is impossible - HELP?

@RoyalMailHelp really taking the p now. I sent a complaint out my post arriving opened on June 3rd, they replied 30th June, i replied June 30th and today 16th July they reply again. You really need to change your automatic reply to when we give a sh"% instead of 4 working days.

@RoyalMailHelp my package was posted 48 hours tracked on the 13/05. I understand that this would not have been collected on the 14/05 but my tracking app has not updated at all as to whether it has been collected or anything. Could someone help?

@RoyalMail @PostOffice can someone please explain why I’m still waiting for parcels to ‘go into the system’ after paying to send multiple items tracked 24??? After already having to replace customer orders after them been ‘lost in transit’ absolute joke of a service.

@RoyalMail I've a package that was due today but has been showing as awaiting pickup for the last four days. Any idea what's going on?

@RoyalMail got a fee to pay card with a reference number that didn’t work. Paid the fee using address and date , have the receipt & no parcel released 10 days on because your system hasn’t updated the depot. Absolutely useless.

@RoyalMailHelp Hi, Do you think it acceptable to deliver a fragile item in this condition? This was a replacement for a previous item which was received broken due to damage in transit.
