@airfrance 14 days no response from lost and found, no help from customer service… my phone is showing sitting at lost and found cdg No customer service tried called cdg lost and found no one picks up the phone on hold for more than 2 hrs
Partir avec @airfrance qui a du retard sur ses vols… être affrété par @VirginAtlantic … ne pas avoir ses bagages depuis 3 jours se faire balader par les compagnies qui se fichent de leurs clients qui payent 3000 euros de voyage ! Bravo !
On my return flight from ABV-MAN, the flight was cancelled for technical reasons. But on the airfrance app, it still showed as 'scheduled' 🤦🏿♂️. There was quite a number of people who had not arrived at the airport that could have benefited from getting an early info #airfrance
@airfrance 1068 flew from Paris to @manairport in 53 minutes but yet the airport can’t deliver the bags 53 minutes after its arrival! Epic failure of Manchester Airport& Sky Tanking! AF time to find a new baggage handler!
@airfrance__1 Gets better. Late, lousy service and now the luggage has been completely unloaded while we wait for buses. This is ridiculous.
@airfrance @KLM My kid is stranded at Paris airport trying to get to Amsterdam from Florence since this morning. A denied boarding this morning, rerouted through Paris and a cancelled flight from Paris. Ground staff is telling her inconsistent things. Can you please help?
We have been tracking our baggage claim refund pst 4 mnths. Cust Care says check is sent and closed our reqst. Also, not refunding full money. Is that the way u treat your customers?? I (my whole family) wont ever fly with air france @airfranceFR @AnneRigail @airfrance
