@CLTAirport @AmericanAir Every time I connect in Charlotte, which is probably twice a month, I’m either delayed or canceled? Tonight, I’m delayed again 3 times. I’ve been flying for 32 hours and trying to get home from India. I’m an exec platinum flyer. #NotHappy

@AmericanAir The misunderstanding is your text alerts were totally contradictory to what passengers at the airport were being told. So when they called us they didn’t know what to believe. How does a 235p on 6/7 wind up now departing at 12n on 6/8. 22 hours later

I booked a full fare biz class ticket to Europe months ago. @AmericanAir refused to honor the ticket (they overbooked), offered me an economy seat and $200 or the biz class the next day and "no compensation". They will only discuss compensation over email and not for 2 weeks. WTF

@AmericanAir @FlyHSV Y’all are so unprofessional. How is the baggage office open until 11:30 but nobody can find the key to the office. This is my second trip to the airport and I still can’t get my bag. Piss poor. Not to mention every time I fly this raggedy airline the flight

@AmericanAir you have to do better. Putting passenger on a flight for a second time, then sitting for 30 mins, THEN telling passengers a flight attendant has exceeded their work hours? No one knew of the attendant’s hrs prior to boarding a second time?? AA2140 #mismanaged

@BarstoolBigCat so @Expedia app messed up and didn’t book my flights but put a hold on my card through @AmericanAir and told me they can do nothing for me and to wait the business days or “use a different credit card or borrow money”. Feel like bashing corporate America tonight?

@AmericanAir And for the most part your staff is amazing. But you’re greedy and don’t plan well. You look at the money you can make without considering how that affects your customers. I know things happen- weather, repairs etc but that should be the odd instance and not the norm…

@AmericanAir you can’t get it right. My flights AA 386 on June 4, AA 1705 on June 6 & AA 334 on June 7 - all delayed. 3 flights in one week and all mechanical.

is there anything worse than getting your bag from @CLTAirport?!? It’ll be on this carousel…sike The TV will tell you which carousel…wrong again Even the baggage people don’t know. Fun after a 3 hour @AmericanAir delay for no reason (not given at least)
