Masuk alam universiti tak seindah yg disangka. Zaman uni la banyak menangis ,main dengan emosi,banyak cabaran,stress tu benda biasa.

Kau bukan 'Heartless', kau cuma takut dilukai lagi. Kerna itu kau berpura-pura berhati keras. Kau serik.
Takde sesiapapun yang berhak untuk sedih. Sedih itu pilihan, bukan ketetapan. Bergembiralah.
Mudah melontar kata daripada kau laksana. Mudah bibir ungkap redha tak semudah hati mengiyakannya. Sakit, tak dapat dipadam melalui kata.
Jika dia ikhlas berkawan dengan kau, dia tidak akan percaya khabar angin yang dia dengar dan terima kau seadanya. Itu baru kawan.
Jika rasa tidak kuat, doa pada Tuhan dan kurangkan berada di media sosial. InshaaAllah kau akan lebih tenang dan tidak akan mahu mengalah.
Beri peluang pada diri untuk rasa bahagia dan gembira. Janganlah asyik teringat kisah silam yang melukakan hati. Sila jalan semula.

Sesungguhnya mendiamkan diri itu lebih elok daripada berdebat kata dengan manusia yang tidak mahu kalah dengan hujahnya.
