As a result of ADHD, all my motivation is external. I’m motivated by spite, pressure, last minute deadlines, suffering, fear, proving my point, etc. If my world isn’t about to fall apart, I’m chilling. So, unfortunately all my lessons are learned the hard way lmaoooo

I don’t know how to explain this but you’re largely alone in the journey of life. People can only be there for you in the capacity they have because they, too, have their own lives to live. There’s only so much they can do and only so long a time they can be present for.
