very strange reading americans tweet how iranian women can’t go to school and need to be liberated. iran has 98.9% female literacy. 70% of STEM grads are women, highest in the world. oh, and without student debt. classic weaponizing feminism to justify bombs.

Hijacking an aid boat is obviously a war crime. So is besieging 2.2 million civilians and manufacturing famine. So is firing 300 bullets into a child. So is bombing refugee camps. Every second of the past 600+ days, Israel has committed unimaginable crimes, every second.

No one prepares you for this, but the most difficult time when you lose someone isn't at the time of death, or at the Janazah, or when seeing family. It's that first night. The thought hat you'll be in a warm bed, while they're in the cold hard ground. It's gut wrenching.

For everyone grieving the loss of a loved one this Eid and every Eid may Allah make it easier for you, may he reunite you with those you love in the best of places where you will never have to feel their absence and may your family feel complete again inshallah
