Saja nak ingatkan. Back in 2000 dulu my dad beli rumah teres harga 25k. Bayar monthly RM250. Ada jiran yang buat loan govt bayar loan monthly RM150 je. Now? Even nak dapat bilik sewa RM250 pun belum tentu. Dengan harga rumah melambung. Pastu pelik nape belia tak beli rumah. 🙄
