When the Centre increases or decreases fuel price, the State charges also go up or down automatically. It’s laughable when a State minister announces that his government will also reduce State fuel charges further. Does he have any other option? Shamelessness has no limit!

We are reducing the Central excise duty on Petrol by Rs 8 per litre and on Diesel by Rs 6 per litre. This will reduce the price of petrol by Rs 9.5 per litre and of Diesel by Rs 7 per litre: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman (File Pic)

In less than 2 hours from now, the 2-day "Kerala national" strike shall be declared a success. Petrol price in "Kerala alone" shall come down by ₹50. Diesel shall be free. No such benefits to other states as they didn't participate. It's still uncertain whether Modi will resign!

Schools in India have been closed for more than 600 days in all states in India. The digital divide has delivered a body blow on children who do not have access to pc, wifi etc. It is going to irreparably hurt their ability to earn a living in future. Open schools NOW.

This stuff mentally impacts players. It’s contradictory to talk about a player having ‘weak mentality’ and then boo him when he comes on. What did Martial do anyway? Wanted to leave. Is that a crime? Should he be tied down to United? This fan entitlement is just flat out wrong.
