Latest IIC Quarterly has my article on Grand Old Man (GOM) of India, Dadabhai Naoroji (1825-1917). On 4 Sept it is 200 yrs since his birth. Naoroji inspired Gokhale, R.C Dutt, Mahatma Gandhi, Lajpat Rai, Malaviya, J Nehru & others. The GOM had guided Gandhi in South Africa yrs.
