It will take some more time to dethrone Deputationists from CAPF like any chronic ailment.But CAPF cadre Officers definitely nearing victory.Thanks to Judiciary. Government must take immediate action to revise RRs. as in other OGAS @PMOIndia @HMOIndia @thetribunechd @OGAS2CAPF

Para Military Force जिसमें BSF, CRPF,CISF ITBPऔर SSB आ जातें हैं , सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि अगर उनका प्रमोशन अभी नहीं हो पाता तो इस लॉक्डाउन पिरीयड में उनकी सैलरी तो बढ़ाओ।घर छोड़, देश में कहीं भी पोस्ट हो जाने वाले इन शूरवीरों के लिए इतना तो हमारी तरफ़ से बनता ही है।

DGs of #CAPFs are well aware abt necessity to reframe #SRs after #CAPFs being declared as #OGAS but r reluctant to frame #NewServiceRulesForCAPF .207 posts in the rank of DG/SDG/ADG/IG/DIG at present earmarked for #IPS in #CAPFs which #IPS chiefs r reluctant to spare.

Author, an ex IPS officer although parliamentarian, read it in this light, judgements of SC and DHC on this subject need to be read,OGAS given as a result of these judgements, all that is required give to CAPF what all is given to any OGAS, nothing more ,nothing less

It’s a harsh reality that appx 95% aspirants who got selected as #IPS opt #IAS as their first priority in DAF(detailed application form).As per #UPSC data, for the year 2010 to 2017 out of top 100 in #CSE 98 successful aspirants have opted #IAS as their first choice. ..1/2

Finally different sections of society, political leadership across parties have started raising the issue of amendments in #SRs of #CAPFs for implementation of #OGAS2CAPF in true letter and spirit. Let’s us see when #PMO nd #HMO intervene as #MHA is delaying it since July 2019.
