More than 2 months have passed since my wife reported an incident with @KLM/@airfrance regarding the mishandling of our pet's travel. Despite numerous attempts to seek resolution, there has been no response. Hoping for swift action on complaint and assurance for better service.
@airfrance 5 months and still no refund! After my refund was approved in Nov 2023 for a GBP 1,500 flight, GoToGate and AirFrance have done nothing but give me the runaround, failing to process the refund. Appalling customer service with no respect to customers nor their commitments. Avoid!!

@AirFranceFR @Cuurvybae @AirFranceFR Very poor service by Air France.Flight delayed by 4+ hours. No update/assistance provided to people with disabilities. No special meal. No wifi. Was told by your manager, we can claim transportation fare as well but was refused. Compensation of only €30 given.Shame!
Hey @airfrance @airfranceFR - how many days does it take to credit miles from a cancelled award booking? Asking since I need to book another flight with those miles.
@airfrance I have already tried this and every other platform suggested and there us no opportunity to speak to anything other than a virtual assistant.
