PBPEWA केवल डीम्ड डेपुटेशनिस्ट कर्मचारियों को पदोन्नति दिए जाने के PB के अन्यायपूर्ण निर्णय की कड़ी निंदा करता है। अन्य समर्पित कर्मचारियों की अनदेखी करना स्पष्ट भेदभाव है। यह पक्षपातपूर्ण नीति अब नहीं चलेगी! दोनों वर्गों के कर्मचारियों को समान अधिकार, समान पदोन्नति मिलनी चाहिए।
