जब संविधान के 25 वर्ष पूरे हुए थे, तब आपातकाल लाकर कांग्रेस ने संविधान और लोकतंत्र का गला घोंट दिया था। उसके माथे पर लगा ये पाप कभी धुलने वाला नहीं है।
कांग्रेस की हर पीढ़ी ने संविधान का अपमान किया है, जिसके एक नहीं अनेक उदाहरण हैं…
