6/6 @SkodaIndia @PetrSolc_ I hope this will warrant serious reflection on the part of Skoda India as to whether this dealer represents the best of brand Skoda in India. The customer service and management has been appalling, particularly at the management level of the dealer.

5/6 @SkodaIndia @PetrSolc_ They even refused to give this to me in writing. I find this extremely humiliating and unprofessional, and do not want to give any business to this particular dealer anymore. Kindly intervene and direct the dealer to return my booking amount ASAP.

4/6 @SkodaIndia @PetrSolc_ Hence on 30th, visited the dealership to change my booking to the red one, as I had originally planned. While returning, got a call from the dealer stating that the dealer management had decided not to sell any vehicles to me except for the grey one.

3/6 @SkodaIndia @PetrSolc_ Meanwhile, they approached my bank without my permission to disburse the loan amount, which was shocking. Ultimately, they could not deliver the vehicle on time, and also, the plan to switch cities got cancelled.

2/6 @SkodaIndia @PetrSolc_ They had a March produced grey in their stock already, but I did not want a vehicle sitting at the dealer yard for over five months. Hence an order was placed at the plant after booking, and I was promised a delivery date of 28th Aug.

1/6 @SkodaIndia @PetrSolc_ Dear Petr, I booked a Slavia Ambition 1.5 MT Grey on 18th Aug from Global Skoda AJC Kolkata. Wanted the red, but the dealer confirmed it was unavailable at the plant. I needed the car quickly since I was shifting to another city, and settled for grey.
