@IndiGo6E Fight 6E427 from Kolkata to Hyderabad is delayed initially due to bad weather at Raipur and now because of pilot unavailability! Would you believe it! That's the service of #indigo? No one is answerable here at Kolkata airport. Should refund fare.

A friend & wife were booked on #Indigo 6E 5207 - Bengaluru to Kozhikode - scheduled departure 12.30 PM on 26th Dec. They kept announcing delays, to eventually to merge with flight 6E- 713 scheduled at 4.55 PM. Was reminded of an earlier instance when passengers were forced -1/n

#Indigo flight 6E 6728 AHM to HYD was scheduled to depart at 8.35 PM. It's 10.07 PM now. we are still waiting. New departure is 10.30 PM. 2 hrs delay. Attendants informed that flight captain is not available. is this how indigo operate? plz check.

Terrible experience with Indigo, flying out of Calcutta tonight !! Inordinate delay by more than 2.5 hours not informed to passengers till check in ! The arrogance of the on ground staff sucks !

@Ministry_CA @IndiGo6E All Indigo flights at Lucknow airport cancelled till late morning but there is no indigo staff available to support the exit arrangements. Families and children will need to be accommodated as there is a good 12 hours delay. Please help.

@WellSaidGuru I was once stuck at Lucknow airport like this with my wife. The flight was scheduled to take off at afternoon 2PM or so. It took off next day morning. Indigo sent messages of 1 hour delay every hour and at night they gave boarding pass and made the passengers sleep on aerobridge

@gautam_adani Sir, the experience at Lucknow airport was extremely bad and still continues. Indigo flights cancelled with no provision to accommodate the passengers. Children and women have suffered from the good 12 hour delay. Bad experience.

@WellSaidGuru @JM_Scindia ji, #Indigo inhuman in its taking care of people especially very senior citizens as said above! Need some rules to take care of aged and sick passengers like keeping them in the airport lounge with food provided in case of abnormal delays!

@IndiGo6E Hello INDIGO, Please don't give us that. Just entered the AIRCRAFT after 8 hours delay on LKO airport. For the Pilot to tell us, he can't legally fly as his shift is over. My query is very simple?Why board us to a plane, to tell this to us via radio. It's 3PM we had a 8AM flight

@IndiGo6E Flight ano. 6E 5367 to Mumbai is delayed by 45 min. Why didn't the INDIGO team inform us in prior ? Even if I see in flight tracking the estimated time is not showing. Show some respect towards your customers by giving prior intimation if there is a delay.

@IndiGo6E worst service ever.. My sister traveling from chandigarh to Dubai with her baby is stuck at chandigarh Airport due to delay in flight and Indigo staff is forcing them to cancel their flight rather than rescheduling the flight. Now You have to face this matter in court.
