The Cham people once had their own kingdom. They are divided betwen Hindus and Muslims, Vietnam and Cambodia. The Cham of Cambodia were victims of genocide under the Khmer Rouge, and have been reubuilding since. youtube.com/watch?v=ofIwaF…

In Sanya, Hainan, there's a small population of Utsuls, 回辉人, descendants of Cham people who fled the Champa kingdom in today's Vietnam. They're also known as Hainan Hui, being misclassified as Hui people. They are predominantly Muslims.
