Just because something is foreign to your experience doesn’t mean it is insignificant or inferior. Juneteenth and the black national anthem are just two examples of very real cultural expressions that are new to some. Please lean in and learn before dismissing or condemning them.

Pastors & leaders, plurality is like humility-everyone loves the concept, but we use it less when it’s often most needed. Plurality is essential in a pandemic--elders must step up and Sr leaders must delegate out. It ensures care, community & mission flourish, even in a crisis.
