I m not a law savvy person. Why RERA can’t b implemented strictly? Bank NPAs ws due to unscrupulous lending to realty mafia. It is a ill thot out plan to loot HBs knowing fully well they aren’t protected. IBC not answer to resolve this #CheatedHomeBuyers #SaveJPWishTown

@narendramodi ji kindly undertake this exercise to make zonal supreme Court in East West North South and Central supreme Courts based on area specific and increase the number of judges on population basis. Providing timely justice will be remembered down the history.

6 crore pending cases, 1.3 million advocates, 21500 + judges.on an average 46 cases per advocate, 2790 cases per judge. Lower , session , high and supreme Court. Isn't it alarming. @PMOIndia isn't it high time to reform n reformat the judicial system.
