Not this again. President can't prevent the appointment of the Taoiseach, it's a mandatory obligation. 🤦‍♂️ If any President refused to appoint a Taoiseach, the appointment would still go ahead via the Presidential Commission. President then impeached and removed for muppetry.

President of Ireland can't do any of this. 🤦‍♂️ Constitutionally impossible to summon any particular minister, never mind try tell that minister how to do their job. I suppose it might be necessary to first read the constitution to know all of that. 😂
