The worst mental habit on earth is “I’ll start Monday, on the first, etc.” All you’re doing is giving yourself false comfort & feelings of accomplishment by kicking the can further down the road. 9 times out of 10 when that day comes a new excuse comes up & resets this cycle.

@AbthalMonir1 @RichardKoch8020 I suggest keeping a record of new information you discover about a person and then refer back to it in your next conversation. It is so rare as a habit that you will blow your listener mind with such attention.

Design a blueprint. Write down the kind of man you want to be. Your purpose, what values will you embody, what principles do you want to live with. Focus on this first. Values and principles are what will lay foundations to build something robust. Discipline comes from here.

Define point A and point B. Keep it simple, who am I now and who do I want to be in 6 months? Be specific, be precise. I want to be a man who does not need to watch porn, who has lost 30 pounds of body fat and who has a full-time job. Don't be vague & wishy washy.

The time for change is now. Tomorrow is a fantasy land. This singular moment is your greatest asset, it is your instance of existence. Take a leap of faith and put your foot forward. Your body, mind and spirit are screaming out in agony, begging for change. You must listen.

How to re-invent yourself with 100% success at any age ;

- No meetings before 11am. - No meetings when emails or calls will do. - Don’t schedule calls, text coordinate them on the fly when possible. -Cram all meetings into two days a week. - 1-on-1s are usually 30-minute walking meetings. (Meetings are the death of productivity) @naval

In physical domains (diet, workouts), consistency is king. In intellectual & social domains, wins are rare, sudden, and nonlinear - 99% of effort is “wasted.” Once we find our ideal spouse, career, friends, we realize how much time we squandered by not moving on sooner. @naval
