The problem of Punjab Pollution is that everyone overlooks the main culprit.Night Patrol by citizens,they found out that at night affluents are released in water and air.Budha Dariya is a tributary of Satluj and this water goes to the south of Punjab and Rajasthan,the CANCER BELT
