Finally!! After years of censorship, Dr. @YaakovOphir and I managed to publish the “smoking gun” on the early cardiac safety signal for the COVID-19 vaccine in a major scientific outlet - EXCLI Journal (ranked in the 94th percentile in Biology 😱). Within just two months of the start of the vaccination campaign, Israel had already warned health authorities in the U.S. and Europe: “We are seeing a large number of myocarditis and pericarditis cases in young individuals soon after Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.” But the data behind that “large number” never reached the public. The signal was communicated to clinicians and the public only after a delay of 3-4 months. And even then, the risk was framed as “rare, mild, and transient.” In May and June 2021, vaccination was expanded to adolescents, and ACIP concluded that the benefits of mRNA vaccines outweighed the risks, including among adolescents and young adults. Now, we expose an authentic internal pharmacovigilance dataset from the Israeli Ministry of Health, provided to us by a whistleblower: dozens of deaths and hundreds of hospitalizations, carefully documented and reported to Pfizer for over a year, from March 2021 through May 2022. Myocarditis or pericarditis appeared in nearly half of the hospitalization reports, and in more than 70% of reports involving people under 30. Among males aged 20-29, the figure was 82%, and among males under 20, it was 85%. While these percentages cannot tell us how many such events actually occurred in the population, they do show just how prominent the cardiac signal was in the Ministry’s own records. These are extremely serious findings with implications for fundamental medical ethics and regulatory decision-making. Three urgent questions demand answers: Why was vaccination expanded to younger adolescents despite the emerging cardiac safety signal? How was a categorical benefit-risk conclusion reached, especially in light of Dr. Ophir’s previous reassessment of Pfizer’s pivotal trial? Major lenders including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, and Bank of China are reportedly imposing nationwide daily quotas on accumulated gold purchases. Once the daily quota is reached, further buying is halted across the bank. The move comes as gold price volatility increases and physical delivery demand rises. Some banks are also extending delivery times for physical gold products. Accumulated gold products are bank-mediated investment accounts that track gold exposure rather than holding fully segregated bullion. Rapid retail demand can force banks to source additional physical gold through the Shanghai Gold Exchange, increasing liquidity and balance sheet risks. Chinese regulators are reportedly encouraging tighter controls as domestic gold speculation intensifies. China’s central bank has simultaneously been accumulating gold reserves for 16 straight months, with holdings estimated near 2,309 tonnes.

The documents show at least 205 dates with meetings or dinners and at least 93 of Epstein's daily schedules with Gates on them. Gates said it was about philanthropy. At least 122 documents mention dollar amounts -- investment funds, hush payments, fund structures, reimbursements. Gates said it wasn't deep. Epstein's assistant Lesley Groff has at least 141 documents coordinating Gates logistics. Gates' own scheduler Larry Cohen has at least 138 documents on email chains with Epstein. These are operational volumes -- not a casual acquaintance. This is going to sound insane. That is because it is. BUT JEFFREY EPSTEIN WAS A CENTRAL INSIDER AT THE GATES FOUNDATION--CRITICAL TO ITS FINANCES AND OPERATIONS. 8 senior Gates Foundation staff had direct, documented contact with Jeffrey Epstein. Not through Gates -- directly and constantly. Gates personally sent at least 42 emails to or through Epstein. The relationship was still active in January 2019 -- six months before Epstein's arrest. Gates has been systematically, relentlessly lying about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein installed his own girlfriend -- Kathryn Ruemmler, former White House Counsel -- as Gates' personal attorney. She was in a 9-year relationship with Epstein while simultaneously representing Gates, and debriefed Epstein on her meetings with Gates' leadership. 5. Melanie Walker, Gates Foundation director overseeing $315 million in grants, had a 20-year friendship with Epstein, called him "superfly," tried to bring his microcurrency scheme into the Foundation, and forwarded Microsoft insider information to him. 6. The CEO of JPMorgan Chase could not get a meeting with Bill Gates at Davos without going through Jeffrey Epstein. 7. Gates shared his diplomatic itinerary to meet the Saudi King, Crown Prince, and Deputy Crown Prince with Jeffrey Epstein -- who responded with six demands to Bill Gates. And then a dirty joke about a proctologist. 8. In February 2013, Gates spent three straight days with Epstein -- meetings at the Four Seasons, evenings at his townhouse, a planned flight on Epstein's plane to Palm Beach, and a lunch with Woody Allen. His spokesperson later said he met Epstein just "several times." This was an outrageous lie. 9. Bill and Melinda Gates attended a dinner at Epstein's townhouse where "Eva & Celina will stop by but not be seated for dinner" -- unnamed young women dropping in at a convicted sex offender's dinner party. The other guests? A former Norwegian PM now charged with corruption. Earlier that same day, former Israeli PM Ehud Barak was at the house meeting Gates' science advisor Boris Nikolic. 10. And when Bill Gates was having PR problems? Epstein was suppressing negative news stories about him through his contacts. Yes, Epstein was running PR crisis management for Bill Gates.
