No we knew of this one on gay rights ..So we stayed clear ..We file on Hetro sexuals and their rights wrt #Section377 this week. I have also on hold for gay marriage under article 14.

Pls understand #Section377 can also be misused against Hetro sexuals wrt sex toys or oralor anal sex. That makes most of us criminals not just the LGBT s. Hence @mvadera & I were waiting for this & will move SC in an IA against #Section377 . Cc @MPKTSTulsi @AshimaMandla

This is exactly what they did with EVMs. The EC says EVMs are safe. When we challenge them to hack it they change the goal post & those who manage to lay their hands on the EVMs they file a FIR .
