Rationalisation of Reservation Report? I am sure, J&K’s Social Welfare department has received the report from the law department. If that is so, why the report is not being made public?
Reservation today is not empowerment but over-privilege. 30% of the population enjoys 60%+ quota, while 70% unreserved fight for less than 40%. From admissions (NEET/Universities) to jobs, age benefits & even Open Merit seats. This is not justice — it is the death of meritocracy.
