@VerizonSupport can we get an update on the status of the activation issue?? I haven't had a working phone since Wednesday. When anyone calls my phone they get a msg stating vmail isn't set up so I can't even receive important vmails.

@AskeBay This "glitch" has been an issue for at least five years, since 2017. Will it be fixed anytime soon? This year, perhaps? Are you unable to calculate the fact that I must be over 18 to have been an eBay member since 2002? Will you reply this time?

@AskeBay I'm trying to buy a set of BUTTER knives on eBay UK. I entered my credit card details to prove I'm over 18, but got the eBay.COM error page and signed out. So I put the card as my only payment method, to no avail. I joined eBay in 2002 - OVER 18 YEARS AGO!

@ATTHelp I went in to Walmart to sign up for the $35 internet plan with 15gb of data. The only problem was the representative had no clue how to sign me up. I spent over two hours on hold and finally ended up with the $40 plan. This is false advertising at the very least.

Guess it’s common practice @BurgerKingCAN to straight-up ignore people when they try to follow up on a complaint that is not dealt with. Apparently, it’s my fault for getting a burger with no patty inside and trying to get a replacement/credit for it. #BadCustomerService

@Verizon @VerizonSupport Very frustrating, time and effort consuming because of your system issues. Fix ur billing system and avoid corporate bullying. Acct# 826063217-00001 is charged falsely and sent to collections, am following up every month. Costco return rcpt #VerizonSucks

@hansvestberg @Verizon What good is 5G without fixing the basics? My credit history is un-necessarily impacted by Verizon due to buggy Verizon billing @VerizonSupport doesn't care to resolve and says contact Sequium, who doesnt get a resolution from Verizon. Never ending un-ethical loop #VerizonSucks

@VerizonSupport @VerizonSupport I can't believe the way you are cheating people. I was told that I will be receiving a trade-in discount if I will trade that with a new phone. You gave me things in writing after physically monitoring my phone at the Verizon store. I didn't get any discount.
