I question the glory in being a suitable man for marriage. Say there were two men she liked but she picked you because you could best look after a family. Who has really won? The one who was liked for just being & left, or he that was liked for being responsible and married?
People less capable than you will always envy you, try to malign your name and tear you down. Your greatness offends their self-esteem, but you don't have to worry about this. The fact you are more capable means God already favours you more than them. You are divinely aided.
I know a profound pattern which humans deny with their words even while their actions affirm it. They say they seek security and quiet, the condition they call peace. Even as they speak, they create the seeds of turmoil and violence.

Easy to make your children elite when you consider most people either have a weak father, an absent/neglectful/detached father, or a tyrannical father. Quite literally be none of those things as a man, and you are setting up your children for extreme superiority in this life.
