do whatever works for you, I use Simple MA, I can figure it out in my head (which allows me to anticipate its movement accurately) My basic swing trade rule is only consider a long when price makes a HH above flat/decl 5 DSMA

The number one thing that you need to find out as a trader is Simple Setup. A plain price chart with volume and few moving averages is enough. Then Study 20% to 50% movers each month. Make screener (Max 2) to find them and then Create an execution blueprint.
