Interested in the thoughts of the CEO of a sub 100-bagger? I read all of Mark Leonards (of $CSU.TO, $CNSWF) President letters so you don’t have to. Here are the most important lessons:
1/ Microcap businesses are one of the last places where the small retail investor can find an edge without being brilliant. I look for compelling businesses that are already or within reach of predictable and growing profits, run by great management. A growing moat helps! 🧵

@FocusedCompound I don’t trade or look for true microcap often but $NLH.V ($NVLPF) is interesting because it’s straightforward to understand. They just buy small in home care businesses that usually specialize in caring for those with dementia. Been really successful and CEO seems smart/honest
