Bunch of XRP ETF filings being updated by issuers today. Almost certainly due to feedback from SEC. Good sign, but also mostly expected

Bloomberg TV just interviewed Gensler for ~10 minutes. Obviously crypto was a topic. But Gensler didn't really give a ton of meaningful or new insight. He *mostly* refused to discuss specifics for the ripple case or for #Bitcoin ETF filings. Good job @kaileyleinz & @daniburgz

Gensler did not want to talk about #Bitcoin or Crypto with @kaileyleinz today after their meeting where the SEC made changes to the treasury markets haha (admittedly he does have a point but Kailey focused on treasuries for 5 minutes before this question lol)
NEW: Ethereum ETFs are on an absolute tear. They've taken in nearly $10 billion since the start of July. Here's what their flows look like since launch -- nearly $14 billion
NEW: A bunch of updated Solana ETF filings are being sent to the SEC. So far this afternoon we have Canary/Marinade, Franklin, and VanEck. Expecting the others to file over next couple hours. Likely just indicates positive back and forth between these issuers and the SEC

A LOT of people have asked me to do a thread on the $GBTC, Grayscale, DCG, Genesis situation but primarily with regard to GBTC. First off.. DCG & Genesis own a ton of GBTC. Almost 67 million shares as of 9/30/22. The bulk of that was added in the second quarter 2022. 1/X
Soo Grayscale's $ETHE is facing a tidal wave of new shares (116 million) as it transitions from a 12 to 6 month lockup on Jan 4th. There's currently about 47 mln shares trading OTC but that's going to more than triple to 163 mln. Yesterday's 239% premium is in trouble post Jan 4.
Wanna highlight something I wrote about in December that may be getting overlooked regarding spot #Bitcoin ETF approval (& $GBTC's ETF conversion). We have two Bitcoin futures ETFs going through the infamous 19b-4 process for the first time since $BITO was approved. 1/x
New note out today officially stating our #Ethereum futures ETF approval odds. @EricBalchunas and I are at 75%. (These are the same odds we gave #Bitcoin Futures ETFs in early September 2021)
