The murderer of Iryna Zarutska had been arrested FOURTEEN TIMES before. It’s beyond ridiculous that this monster had not yet been permanently locked up. The state is partly responsible for her death.
This is the difference. A white man restrains a black man acting erratic and aggressive, there's national outrage. A black man brutally stabs a quite white girl minding her own business, there's no national outrage. If we didn't have X, would we even know about this?
