Asking chronically ill and mentally ill people to alter how they act and feel so that you can feel more comfortable around them when they aren’t harming you is ableist. Hope this helps.

Ok, I'm a Speech Pathologist. What you see here is not dementia, it is stuttering. The extended eye blinks are called secondary behaviors. Notice every time he does that he is dysfluent. At the end when he doesn't finish his thought & diverts to "Look", is called circumlocution.
