2. In every room, almost at a foot height there was dampness (across every room) & the third party inspector said that it should be mostly a plumbing line issue, where the water is leaking somewhere in plumbing lines.

Also, to cover up the dampness, surface dries are being used to dry-up temporarily so that the dampness wont be detected in IR meter. (Pics attached). Just to cover up dampness issue & finish off the handover driers were used. This is complete cheating & unethical by Aparna
