The delay in implementing the fellowship increase for research scholars,which was supposed to begin in January 2023,is puzzling given that it's now August.Possible administrative/logistical issues could be causing the delay. An official statement could shed light on the reasons.

TwitterPaper. For essential goods—like food/medicine—the price consumers pay has to be low enough for the poor to afford & the price producers get high enough for them to want to produce. So food & health are sectors that can’t be left to the free market. Govt has a role to play.
