Request for waiver of late fees till March 31, 2022 on GSTR9/9C. Extension/waiver will only support quality completion of the work and at the same time will have no revenue impact other than Late Fee which supposedly should never be treated as Part of Revenue..@cbic_india

Humble request to @FinMinIndia to extend due date / waive late fees, penalty on submission of GSTR9/9C upto 31.03.2022. Pls have heart, pls don't make Late Fees as National Revenue. R9 reco work needs more than 13 days, we r workg. tirelessly since 15th, still target is far.🙏

Dear @cbic_india stop announcing Extensions on the last moments on last days!! Extension of GSTR-9/9C Or Waiver of Late fees is need of the hour. And is very genuine demand of Taxpayers. Only 13 days was given for a reconciliation of whole year? #extend_GSTR_9_9C

Extension of due dates for 9 & 9C is inevitable. Income tax audits have been completed by 15 feb, but IT returns of the audited clients are still under process. Many professionals are facing this problem of dual burden.

IT ऑडिट+रिटर्न से GSTR 3B& 1,IFF विभागीय नोटिसेस से उबरने में GSTR 9&9C के लिए समय कम मिला और इन दोनों से GOI को कोई रेवेन्यू लॉस भी नही है RPs अब दोनो मे कोई हेरफेर भी नही कर सकते तो ड्यूडेट 31.3.2022 तक एक्सटेंड करने में क्या हर्ज है?🇮🇳 @cbic_india @BimalGST
