#EkyaSchools @EkyaSchools there are multiple heigine issues being ignored at itpl ekya branch after reporting it. Not sure what's wrong with management. No water in washroom, ground not cleaned, toilets are not cleaned.

@IndiGo6E last minute cancelation and despite paying premium, you gave us most inconvenient timing cheap flight from SXR to BLR. Your supervisors have no other response than sorry. The most disappointing experience with Indigo flight with premium fare. Fraud and unprofessional.
