کتاب «عادتهای اتمی» رو اونقدر خوندم که دیگه آمارش از دستم در رفته. بهترین جمله‌ش به نظرم اینه: «تو به اندازه‌ی هدف‌هات رشد نمیکنی؛ بلکه به اندازه‌ی سیستم‌هات سقوط میکنی.» اینجا ۷ قانون هست که با رعایتشون میتونی هر روز ۱٪ بهتر بشی (با تسلط روی عادت‌هات):
