ชีวิตคู่ ไม่จำเป็นต้องอยู่ด้วยกันตลอดหรอก แค่ให้รู้ว่ายังมีกันอยู่ในชีวิต ต่างคนต่างมีหน้าที่ ถึงเวลาก็ได้อยู่ด้วยกันเอง ความเชื่อใจ ความซื่อสัตย์คือสิ่งสำคัญ
ชอบความสัมพันธ์ที่มีใครสักคนไว้เป็น healing zone อยู่กับเขาแล้วสบายใจ สงบใจ เจ็บปวดและเหนื่อยแค่ไหนก็หายดี เหมือนยาวิเศษ
เชื่อเถอะว่า “การเจอความสัมพันธ์แบบ healthy relationship จะทำให้ชีวิตเราดีขึ้นมากๆ เพราะเราไม่ต้องมานั่งกังวล หรือร้องขออะไรจากใคร ไม่ต้องเสียใจให้กับคนที่ไม่เห็นค่า และไม่ต้องเหนื่อยกับการพยายามเข้าใจกัน”

เป็นตัวของตัวเอง ออกไปดูโลกให้มาก แล้วค่อยตัดสินใจ ว่าอยากทำอะไรที่สุด
มีเยอะเลยแหละคนที่ฝังใจกับอดีตจนไม่กล้าเริ่มต้นใหม่ กลัวความเสียใจแบบเดิมจนกลายเป็นคนปิดใจไม่รับใครเข้ามาเลย
บางทีก็อยากมี gap year สักปีนึงที่ไม่ต้องทำงาน ใช้เดินทาง อ่านหนังสือ ดูหนัง เข้าสังคม ได้คุยกับตัวเองนานๆ นะ แต่ก็คือกลัว 1. กลับมาหางานไม่ได้ 2. เสียโอกาสบางอย่าง
แกเคยเก็บรักษาของชิ้นนั้นดีมากๆ แต่วันหนึ่งมันหายไปไหม
สองปีที่คบกับแฟนมา ไม่เคยมีครั้งไหนที่แต่ละคนจะทำอะไรแล้วต้อง “ขออนุญาต” กัน มีแต่ “แจ้งให้ทราบ” เท่านั้น เช่น ขอออกไปทานข้าวมื้อเย็นกับเพื่อนได้ไหม❌ เดี๋ยวเย็นนี้ออกไปทานข้าวกับเพื่อน✅
ตอบตัวเองไม่ได้เหมือนกันว่ารู้สึกอะไรอยู่
บางทีก็รู้สึกว่าตัวเองเก่งจัง แต่บางครั้งก็รู้สึกว่าห่วยแตกสุดๆ
วันนึงถ้าต้องหายไป อย่าเสียใจนะ มันดีมากๆแล้ว.
เป็นวันที่เหนื่อยมากๆ อยากร้องไห้หลายครั้งแต่กลั้นไว้แล้วไปต่อจนหมดวัน สุดท้ายไม่ร้องไห้นะ แต่ก็ยังนอยด์ เฟลกับหลายๆอย่าง
ร้องไห้ทุกเดือนจนกลายเป็นเรื่องปกติไปแล้ว เหมือนแต่ละวันเราจะได้รับสิ่งที่ดีและไม่ดีเข้ามาตลอดจนมันสะสมกลายเป็นความรู้สึกอึดอัด ซึ่งวิธีปลดปล่อยที่ดีที่สุดก็คือการร้องไห้นี่แหละ ไม่ว่าเจอออะไรมาพอร้องไห้ออกมาเราก็จะโล่งขึ้น ดังนั้นถ้าเหนื่อยก็ร้องเถอะอย่าไปกลั้นเอาไว้เลย
เลือกรักคนที่ทำให้เธอเติบโตขึ้น ได้เป็นเธอในแบบที่อยากเป็น และยังคงรักตัวเองในขณะที่รักเขา 🌷
การรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี คือการพยายามปรับเข้าหากันทั้งสองฝ่าย นึกถึงใจกันและกัน ใส่ใจกันให้เหมือนวันแรก เห็นใจกันให้เหมือนครั้งแรกที่เจอ อยากฟังเรื่องราวของกันอยู่เสมอ
