octra is quantum safe. hfhe keys rotate every second with each epoch. every new key comes from the previous chain hash so to break it you would need a quantum computer to replay every single event in perfect sync. even then you face 2^256 work which no quantum computer can touch.

octra supports arbitrary FHE logic today, live onchain with 192 contracts deployed no cryptography, no custom circuits: write your usual solidity, rust or c++, every app runs encrypted remember this when talking adoption
