As expected, NY Gov Hochul signed the crypto fossil fuel plant moratorium bill into law yesterday. TeraWulf anticipated policy and legislative efforts like this, and apparently Gov Hochul anticipated zero carbon crypto mining efforts like ours! 👇

We commend her support for responsible zero-carbon mining efforts that create “economic opportunities for communities that have been left behind” like our Lake Mariner Data hydro project at the closed coal plant in Barker, which has already rehired a dozen former plant employees.

We need to do better. We as a market must do better. This morning our market tanked on speculation regarding a to-be-announced big deal from Justice Department. Turned out to be an appropriate action on a really bad actor. Nothing to do with Bitcoin. Stay the course.

Can’t solve market probs, but can say no one at $WULF sold stock. In Feb, I exchanged shares for warrants to free up common, b/f we ⬆️ auth shares. Now that's done, so warrants converted back to common – no $ impact. $WULF better positioned than ever. Haven't sold a share!💪🐺🚀

Today, $WULF has 2.5 EH of SELF-mining capacity online between our two sites, and with new miners coming online every day, we expect 5.5 EH of capacity energized and hashing in Q2 of this year.

As our facilities scale, we are delivering on our promised ultra-low cost and #ZEROCARBON energy. In February, as expected, our cost to mine was under 4 cents per kWh at Lake Mariner and 2 cents at Nautilus – making our electricity cost per #Bitcoin mined <$8,000.

In addition to $WULF's 160 MW deployed in Q2, we have 130 MW of expansion IMMEDIATELY available at our existing sites: 50 MW at Nautilus and 80 MW at Lake Mariner – that’s ON TOP OF the 160 MW (5.5 EH/s) we expect operational in the second quarter.

I continue to invest in $WULF and haven’t sold a share. In fact, $WULF mgmt continues to buy MORE, including the recent $2.5M equity my COO and I bought at market ON TOP OF the $15M of personal capital already invested in $WULF. I'm sure that is more than any leadership team.

In February, you may have seen that I exchanged shares for warrants to free up common stock in connection with our recent capital raise – these warrants have converted BACK to common stock with NO DOLLAR OR INCREMENTAL DILUTION IMPACT. I have not sold a share.

$WULF mgmt and BoD are fully aligned with our S/H; we put our money where our mouth is. You’ll be hard-pressed to find another #BTC mining team with this S/H alignment, as we (mgmt, insiders, & BoD) own >50% of the common outstanding. We manage $WULF for profit and return to S/H.
