No amount of Scrum (or SAFe) training will get you up to speed on actual Agile software development. Neither framework has anything at all to say about actually creating code, and you cannot create a program by having stand-up meetings.

@skirani 13. A 10x engineer doesn't believe in computers, only software. They only eat freshly printed pages of source code from the latest version of the Linux kernel. A 10x engineer is outside your house right now holding a laptop over their head like a boombox.

Totally. If you’re writing code, you should care about making it easy to verify that it works properly - not just now, but in the future. I’ve started viewing people who don’t believe this with deep suspicion - what are they up to? What are they trying to hide?

I don't believe "Agile" needs the help of any framework to be scaled. I'd say it is quite the opposite: "scaling" needs help from "Agile".
