To me, a good PRD is simply a strong argument that there is a problem worth solving, and a tee up to a constructive discussion on how to solve it. A good outcome of a PRD is a team (up, down, left, right) that wants to solve that problem and has the context to do it well.

@johncutlefish In Build, @tfadell makes the point that the customer doesn’t care about whatever we call “the product”, they care about their whole experience. For him, makers should put care into every aspect of the journey. And community is one of those relevant touchpoints.

Apple just announced how they will allow "Reader" apps to link to external account creation and management (including making non-IAP purchases). "Reader" apps sounds narrow but is a pretty meaty category, including the likes of Spotify, Netflix, and Kindle. 🧵
