I am loving the way everyone thinks drafting tax law to make it better targeted is easy. Sit down and try writing the definitions and then work out how you would get round them. 🤔Tax is a blunt tool for policy. There are often better ones.

Just peer-reviewed a forensic analysis in a case. The suspect mailed a package with a hidden Apple AirTag in it to a victim's old home address. The package was forwarded to her new (and formerly safe) address.... Might be good to warn DV victims of unexpected mail.
