@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile This is regarding my samsung s24 ultra smartphone which was purchased on 21.06.2024. On 23.11.2024 the phone suddenly lost network. When contacted the local samsung service centre I was informed that there was issue with the mother board of the phone.
@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobilethe mother board needed to be replaced. The phone was collected by the service centre on the same day. I am really disappointed with samsung that it's most premium product has acquired such a defect so soon.
@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile I kindly request you to get my phone replaced instead of giving me a repaired phone. The purchase slip of the phone and the service centre receipt are being attached with this message.
@SamsungIndia My Samsung S24 ultra purchased on 21.06.2024 was detected with a mother board defect on 23.11.2024. The phone has been given to the service centre for repair but so despite 11 days I have not received any useful update.I am very disappointed with the most premium product .
