Folks need to be clear that even the most common sense protective measures like clean air will be subjected to the tortured talk of the anti-safety brigade. They would rather manufacture moral panic that “Big Air is out to get us” than allow any adaptations to living with Covid.

Cleaning indoor air is an obvious next step for positive health. It is already happening in many respects, but for some reason a stubborn group of ppl oppose it. It's not even hard to implement, it's not particularly expensive, there are no drawbacks.

Fantastic segment that uses data to counteract hand-waving anecdotes and conspiracy theories, reinforcing that all-cause deaths have risen and fallen with COVID deaths (and often exceeded them). Thank you @mehdirhasan for devoting time to this incredibly important topic.

These actions will not only help mitigate disease transmission but better building ventilation will help reduce exposures to hazardous substances in products like cleaners, adhesives, paints, etc

A group of experts developed new ventilation targets in terms of non-infectious air delivery rate with outdoor air, filtration, or disinfection: Good = 4 ACH or 10 L/s/person Better = 6 ACH or 14 L/s/person Best = >6 ACH or >14 L/s/person (area-based targets also available)

This is best news I have seen in awhile. This action is the sign that we are starting the process of tackling the root mechanism of spread. We have to make the "new normal" intrinsically safe from COVID, and many technologies must be deployed to let us "move on".
