In a major breakthrough, STF Assam intercepted a vehicle at Sonapur Toll Gate on NH 27, acting on a tip-off about a banned Manipur group. Khaigoulen Kipgen (27) was apprehended with 10 drone batteries, Rs. 3,40,000, shoes, and a mobile. He's a relative of Nemcha Kipgen.
