Going forward Govt will scrap provisions of ITC , so that #GST will become good & simple & even Pados ka baccha can file GST Return , chutki baja ke Indian GST is 1st Act in WORLD whose provisions are based on capability of Portal rather than Constitution & common sense

Would propose an amendment in Rule 36. If assessee claims ITC more than GSTR-2B, jurisdictional authority shall have the right to call & immediately shoot 🔫 the assessee. Game Over ! #GST #itc #GSTr2b

जीएसटी सर, इस अंतर के कई कारण होते हैं और सबसे बड़ा कारण तो यह है कि पिछले GSTR - 3B में सुधार का प्रावधान नहीं है। कृपया इस Warning पर Action लेते समय ईमानदार कर दाताओं के हितों का जरूर ध्यान रखें और पहले उन्हें अपना पक्ष रखने का मौका अवश्य दें। आदर सहित ।
