@AILANational This is a disingenuous take on the issue: Biden has the POTUS for 15 months, so stop blaming Trump. What has @USCISDirector done so far? The real backlog is when the same H1B visa holder applies for a EB green card. Forget about H1B - focus on how to reduce the EB #GCBacklog.

Cannot stress this enough. AILA being buddy buddy with USCIS is a huge conflict of interest and dangerous to Immigrants. #ImmigrationMafia

Why don’t the AILA lawyers opposing Eagle Act’s equality provisions, recuse/disengage themselves from serving Indian and Chinese workers’ H-1B and EB petitions? Isn’t this basic ethics? Why would you want to profit from someone you’ve chosen to hurt and discriminate?

Iranians worried about a new backlog for them as a result of Eagle Act’s FCFS visa allocation, should feel free to say that. There is no need to pretend to be native America workers fighting foreign workers! Fake white profile pics, fake English names and MAGA flags.. oh boy!

It's heartbreaking since I did look up to @FilmCompanion once upon a time, like many of us, but I don't seek that since long now! I would request you not to 'review' my performance henceforth ! I'll find grace in that & it'll be less painful.
