ہمارا سسٹم بالکل ننگا ہو چکا ہے لیکن پھر بھی ہمارے ہاں نظام کی تبدیلی کے بجائے پرانے سسٹم کو بچانے کے لیے ہمیشہ کی طرح عارضی رنگ و روغن سے کام لیا جارہاہے۔ہ
ملک کی جماعتیں آپس میں دست و گریبان ہیں۔ ادارے ایک دوسرے کے سامنے گھڑے ہیں آئین و دستور کی شقیں تک بانٹ لی گئی ہیں ہرجماعت کے حق میں جانے والی شقوں کی دھجیاں اس کے ہاتھ میں اور باقی بچا ہوا دستور پاؤں کے نیچے ہے۔
سوال ہوتاکہ"اردو"کےلیےبنےملک میں"انگریزی"کیوں ذریعہ تعلیم ہے؟جواب آتاکہ"جدیدعلوم اورسائنس"کی زبان ہے۔75سال کاجائزہ لیں تونہ جدت نظرآتی ہےنہ سائنسدان،البتہ لاکھوں کی تعدادمیں ملک سےنکاسی دانش(Brain Drain)ہوئی۔تودرست جواب یہ ہواکہ انگریزی بیرون دنیاکےلیے"نوکر"پیداکرنےکاذریعہ بنی۔
سٹیج کے سامنے بیٹھے ہجوم کے دماغ سٹیج پر بیٹھے چند افراد کی مٹھی میں ہوتے ہیں جو ان کو کٹھ پتلیوں کی طرح نچاتے ہیں ۔جماعتوں میں فیصلے جماعت کے اداروں کے بجائے شخصیات دوسری جماعتوں کی قیادت سے اپنے شخصی تعلقات کی بنیاد پر کرتی ہیں ۔
وزیر اعلی پنجاب چوہدری پرویز الہی کو اسمبلی سے اعتماد کا ووٹ لینے کی ہدایت، گورنر پنجاب نے منظوری دے دی۔ سیاستدان اور مقتدرہ مل کر عوام کے ساتھ جمہوریت کے نام پر کھیل کھیلتے ہیں۔ یہ کھیل سن 47ء سے چل رہا ہے، تعلیم یافتہ نوجوان اس کھیل کا ایندھن بننے پر ذرا سوچیں!
پاکستان کی سیاست میں یہ تماشے کیوں ہوتے ہیں کہ عوام کو خواب بیچے جاتے ہیں، ان کے جذبے اور ولولے بیدار کئے جاتے ہیں،انہیں جلسوں اور دھرنوں میں بلاکرموٹیویٹ کیا جاتا ہے۔ ان سے قربانیاں مانگی جاتی ہیں ان کوسردھڑکی بازی لگانے کو کہا جاتا ہے لیکن پھر اچانک فیصلے بدل دیئے جاتے ہیں۔
(دین اسلام کی صورت میں) آپ کے سامنے سنجیدہ زندگی کا نمونہ پیش کیا گیاہے، اس لیے(سماجی معاملات میں) سنجیدگی سے رہیے اور مسخروں سے بچیے۔ (حضرت عثمان غنی رضی اللہ عنہ)
اگرایک شخص کو کسی دوسرے شخص یا نظام کی ملکیت میں ایسے دے دیا جائے جیسے مال ودولت کسی کے قبضے میں ہو اور اس قابض شخص یا نظام کو اس شخص پر تمام وہ اختیارات حاصل ہوں جو کسی شخص کو اپنے مال یا جائیداد پر ہوتے ہیں تو ایسی حالت کو مقبوضہ شخص کے بارے میں غلامی کہتے ہیں.

ہمارا یہ مزاج کہ ہم قوم کے مقدر کو اجتماعیت اور جماعت کے بجائے افراد اور ہیروز سے وابستہ سمجھتے ہیں. اس کی ایک بڑی وجہ ہمارے وہ ناول نگار تاریخ نویس ہیں جنہوں نے تاریخ اسلام کی اجتماعی کامیابیوں کو جماعت کے بجائے افراد کی مرہون منت سمجھا اور اپنی تحریروں میں اس تصور کو راسخ کیا
پاکستان کے سیاسی خمیر میں ہی آمریت گوندھی ہوئی ہے، یہاں کی سیاسی جماعتوں کی پیدائش و پرورش اور نشوونما اسی خمیر میں ہوئی ہے، ہر سیاسی جماعت امید لگائے بیٹھی ہے یہاں تک کہ خود امریکا بھی اپنی امید لیے بیٹھا ہے۔ کیا کریں، ریاستی ساخت ہی انھی خطوط پر استوار ہوئی تھی۔
سرمایہ داری نظام کے حامل معاشروں میں ہرچیز سرمائے کے گرد گھومتی ہےایسے نظام میں ضمیر محض ایک استعارہ بن کر رہ جاتا ہے اس کی جگہ مفادات اور سرمایہ لے چکا ہوتا ہے. ایسے میں سیاست اور سرمائے کا چولی دامن کا ساتھ ہوتاھے اور انسانی اقدار کی ہرخوبی کو سرمائے کےترازو میں ہی تولا جاتاہے۔
ویسے تو اکثر کو پتہ ہی ہیں، لیکن چلیں بات کر کے دیکھتے ہیں!
