Yesterday, I won the CRED Friday. It was Tech bundle of a MacBook, iPad, and AirPods Max. They asked me to fill a form for rewards to be sent to me. Today I got a call from CRED support saying this was because of a bug and now the jackpot is cancelled 😞

@meesho_support @Meesho_Official @meeshotech @viditaatrey this issue is still not resolved. It's more than 20 days the exchange is not delivered, please help. Your call customer care service is worst. They just know how to raise the tickets, no follow up, no update, no knowledge.
