@ola_supports Dear @Olacabs I think your team is not taking seriously,Thats why after two days no one connected with me. I neee refund today only, if i am not getting my money than i will switch uber cab company and i will uninstall app from mobile in our familes and relatives as well.

@ola_supports Now vikas kumar has dined to refund my 720 Rs. He said jao Ola me complaint kar lo. This is very un professional behavior by driver. I neee my refund asap otherwise i will not never book ola cab

@Olacabs @Ola_Delhi Hi Team, Today we have booked cab from ghaziabad to Delhi. Driver name was vikas kumar, but came some other person sanjay kumar, he asked to my relative to cash 720 Rs and my relative paid him as a cash then he called me and asked me to pay online 906 rs
